Janna Williams

Hailing from Houston, Texas, Jannifer has over 20 years of experience in fine arts, having been employed specifically in graphic design and marketing for more than six years. She has worked in and around Austin, as well as the San Francisco Bay Area, creating company logos, page designs for digital magazines, ads, sales and marketing brochures, fundraising materials, and illustrations.

After graduating from Texas School for the Deaf at Austin, she enrolled in and studied fine arts/illustration at Rochester Institute of Technology, and the University of Texas at Austin. In Summer 1999, Jannifer had the pleasure of residing in Florence, Italy as a boarding student studying History of the Renaissance Art for a month. For the next several years as a freelance designer, Jannifer has been successful in providing a compelling user experience to improve brand loyalty, customer retention, and visit-to-order ratios. She is also adept at innovating graphics for websites, social media, and multimedia applications, taking great pride in creating visually stunning designs using the Adobe Creative Suite, along with traditional art techniques. With excellent brainstorming and color theory skills, she is proficient at directing corporate and new business design.

Janna is also a seasoned painter, muralist, photographer, and sketch artist. As a creative designer, she fuses her passions for art and design bringing a unique perspective and ability to create new platforms that effectively convey information. Her work has appeared in the Houston Center for Photography, San Francisco’s de Young Museum, and San Francisco’s City Hall. She was also the recipient of Houston’s Best Muralist project.

Currently, she is responsible for all aspects of computer graphic design, marketing programs & web design for Visionaries of the Creative Arts.

Chrystal Vaughan

As a native of the Washington Metro Area, Chrystal’s journey in the Arts began at a young age and followed her to obtain her Bachelor’s of Fine Arts degree from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State. Post-graduation, she served as the Resident Costume Designer and Adjacent Professor at Hampton University. Returning home Chrystal began working at Arena Stage at the Mead Center for American Theater as their Visitor Service's Coordinator, growing into the field of special events and social media for business. Eventually, in these positions she was able to expand the community relationships, bring attention to Arena’s Accessibility Department, and help to manage over 4 years of special events in the Mead Center. 


Transitioning from Events and Rentals Associate Manager at Arena Stage to Special Events Manager at Atlas Performing Arts Center, her love for creating experiences for others in the Arts sector grew. Since 2013, Chrystal has worked with the Hip Hop Theater Festival, most recently serving as their Festival Coordinator, working to expand the mind’s perspective to what Hip Hop Theater is and how it connects us all every day. Chrystal looks forward to each day she can push and explore new boundaries, make new connections, and learn something new.
